The most handstand push-ups in one minute is 79 and was achieved by Parulava Sandro (Georgia) in Tbilisi, Georgia, on 14 July 2025.

Parulava was thrilled to attempt this record title as he had been training for the last two years. In order to even attempt this record, one must first be comfortable with keeping body straight and perpendicular to the ground throughout. Nothing is allowed to be worn on the hands for support and the pose must be held for one minute. As if that weren't challenging enough, the body is then lowered until the elbow reaches an angle of 90 degrees or less- quite impressive!

Parulava truly hopes that once witnessing his devote dedication to this attempt, his peers grow inspired to set their very own feats.
