The most shogi pieces toppled in a domino fashion in 30 seconds (team of two) is 33 and was achieved by Yuki Iwai and Aika Kanda (both Japan) on the set of Poka Poka in Minato, Tokyo, Japan on 21 November 2024.

Poka Poka is one of Fuji TV's TV programmes, airing every weekday from 11:50 to 13:50. It is a variety show featuring various types of contents and events. This was their second time attempting a GWR record title. The same personalities, Yuki Iwai and Aika Kanda, achieved the record for the 'most jumpers put on in 30 seconds (team of two)' last year on GWR Day. Both of them are the main hosts for this programme.
