The largest sushi roll (width) is 2.16 m (7 ft 1 in), and was achieved by Nick DiGiovanni (USA) and Lynn Davis (Japan) in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, on 7 October 2022.

It took 8 people roughly 3 hours to create the masterpiece sushi. The food was later donated to a local food pantry.

Nick and Lynn have previously achieved records including the largest chicken nugget and most fast food restaurants visited in 24 hours.
