Most bamboo shoots from one Rhizome

Akira Sameshima of Kagoshima-pre, Japan, discovered 38 bamboo shoots from one Rhizome measuring 1.2 m (3 ft 11 in) in length, found in the Forest of Mousou, Japan, on 1 March 1998.
