The highest planetarium is located 104.25 m (342 ft) above the ground on the 23rd and 24th floors of the Big-i building at Kōriyama station's west exit. As part of the Kōriyama Fureai Science Centre, the planetarium consists of a tilted dome 23 m (75 ft) in diameter. It was completed on 9 July 2001.
