Longest hair on a person ever (male)

Swami Pandarasannadhi, the head of the Tirudaduturai monastery, Tanjore district, Madras, India was reported in 1949 to have hair 26 ft (7.93 m) in length.

From photographs it appears that he was affected with the disease Plica caudiformis.
