The most waterballoons burst with a single arrow is 38 and was achieved by Luigi Di Michele (Italy) on the set of CCTV - Guinness World Records Special in Jiangyin, Jiangsu, China on 11 January 2015.
Luigi broke his own record of 33, set in 2012. He only used one attempt to burst the 38 balloons.
