The most hair donated to charity in 24 hours is 153.83 kg (339 lbs 2.19 oz), and was achieved by The Longhairs™ (USA) at The Great Cut at the Port Pavilion on Broadway Pier in San Diego, California, USA, on 16 March 2019.

The record attempt took place at The Great Cut, a charity hair cutting event with hair and proceeds donated to Children With Hair Loss™. The event brought people from all over the country together, with some flying in from outside the country to donate.
