The largest baby sign language lesson consists of 341 people and was achieved by NPO Japan Baby Signs Association (Japan) at AEON Lake Town in Koshigaya, Saitama, Japan, on 24 April 2014.
The event was held to commemorate the 10th anniversary of NPO Japan Baby Signs Association. Babies and their mothers and fathers learned to sign for such things as frogs and cars. The lesson lasted approximately 40 minutes.
