The highest outdoor observation deck is At The Top, Burj Khalifa Sky, located at 555.7 m (1,823 ft 1.9 in) on the 148th floor of the 828 m (2,716 ft 6 in) Burj Khalifa, which offers an outdoor terrace with panoramic views from the world’s tallest building. The observation deck opened to the public on 14 October 2014 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Burj Khalifa also has observation decks on levels 125th and 124th floor. The first deck on 124th floor was opened on 5 January 2010.
