The longest video games marathon playing Guitar Hero lasted 72 hr 17 min and was achieved by Patrick Young (USA) in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, on 23 to 26 February 2012. Patrick was fundraising for the American Heart Association. His epic fret twiddle, from 23 to 26 February 2012, was called “Hero for the Heart” and took place in the Horizons School Theatre Auditorium in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
